1. Monthly Coaching Fees

   • All monthly coaching fees are non-refundable once charged.

   • This applies regardless of whether sessions are used in full, in part, or missed entirely.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent being charged on the next billing cycle.

   • Once cancelled, no further charges will be applied for future months.

3. How to Cancel

   • You may cancel your coaching subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly at hello@qeero.net before the next billing date.

4. Exceptions

   • No exceptions will be made to the non-refundable policy, except where required by law.
